Missions
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Long Term for Missions:
Since 2014 Japan mission I have been longing to go on a long term missions to be able to serve in the ministry and see the potential growth. It also allows me to grow not just as a children's director/pastor but also as general servant of Christ. Through Church of Southland, I am able to go on a one year this coming August to East Asia, It may be my first experience but hope to continue to see different parts of the world and to learn how to minister better to different people around the world.
How I Started Going on Mission Trips?
A pastors wife came into our youth room with a Japanese flag and a shofar and I thought oh another very spiritual lady. After her very energetic introduction she said God wants to lead me and my team to Japan, I have never went there or led a team, but through God I want to teach and minister to people of Japan. I thought whatever. Then after a bit this thought of going to mission trip kept coming back. I thought is this something that I need to pray about. Then through retreat God called me by showing me a picture of the Japanese flag. Through many different training and prayers I was blessed to go on my very first mission trip.

Calling for Missions:
Since I was young, I followed my parents to church and to many different conferences for children. I was showed so many types of videos for mission trips and how beautiful the world is with Gods love. After knowing the basics of what a mission trip was when I went into my fourth grade summer, I went to camp and accepted Christ as my personal lord and savior. This was not the end though, I was called to go on missions at a young age and since then I dreamed of going. Since I was too young I had to wait till Gods timing.
